New to yoga? We recommend starting with a slower class, like our Flex & Flow or Flexible Body | Flexible Mind classes, or any of our green coded classes.
  • Open classes are open to all – including total yoga beginners.
  • Experienced classes are for yogis & pilates fans who have a regular practice, who know breathing techniques, basic alignment principles, Sun Salutations or pilates basic forms
