New to yoga or Pilates? We recommend starting with a slower class, like our Flex & Flow, Fierce Grace Fusion or Anchor classes or any of our green coded classes.
- Open classes are open to all – including total yoga beginners.
- Experienced classes are for yogis & pilates fans who have a regular practice, who know breathing techniques, basic alignment principles, Sun Salutations or pilates basic forms.

To register for classes, please create an account and pre-pay for a class pass. THEN book into your chosen class & ensure to click RESERVE my space. You will receive an confirmation email that your space has been reserved just for you :)
