Yoga & Surf Adventure Day

Ebb & Flow Yoga is delighted to partner with Kingdom Waves Surf School for Yoga & Surf Adventure Days 2023 on the world famous Banna Beach. If you enjoy the outdoors and are prepared for lots of fun and adventure – this is the perfect day is for you! Learn to catch some waves, meet new people, laugh a lot, relax and unwind with our Surf & Yoga Adventure Day Banna. 

BOOKING: Essential please to secure one of the very limited tickets. Small group size for individual support so book early :)

INVESTMENT: €70 per person please includes Yoga class, Surf lesson, surfboard & wetsuit hire, lots of delicious snacks, light vegetarian lunch and as much tea as you can drink!

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, water, layers of clothes, swimming togs, towel.

SUITABLE FOR: Beginners to boffins both your Yoga Teacher Maeve & your Surf Instructors are experienced with mixed level groups so are happy to accommodate everyone. No experience necessary. If you have any injuries or have any diagnosed food allergies or dietary requirements please contact Maeve on 0873679132 in advance of booking. I’m sorry Mamas but this day isn’t suitable for pregnant women.
