New 6 week Chair Yoga course starting 17 Sept - 22nd Oct 2024
The perfect class for those with want to increase their flexibility, maintain mobility and gain some mental clarity and stress relief. A great session for those who enjoy mindful movement in the company of others. A very friendly and social class, where everyone is welcome. There is a mix of sitting, standing (optional) and using the chair as support throughout. No experienced required, suitable for beginners and open to adults of all ages.
- €60 for 6 week course or €12 PAYG
- No equipment required - just you!
- If you miss a week, you are welcome to catch up before the end of the class term / course, in our other chair location in Fenit Community Centre on Thursdays 10am

- Please note there are no refunds, transfers, credits or exchanges once booked
- 6 week course taking place over 6 consecutive weeks
- All classes must be used within the 6 week period - if you miss a week, you are welcome to catch up in our other location (classes take place in Tralee & Fenit each week)
