Yoga / Pilates Fusion Classes incorporate the core strengthening and posture improvements of Pilates with the relaxation and meditative practices of Yoga. Includes both mat based Pilates and standing poses from Yoga. All interwoven together into a flow class that will keep you moving, breathing and enjoying yourself from start to finish!

These classes are suitable for all levels but assume you have already practiced Yoga or Pilates before. If you are a total beginners - we suggest trying out one of our Beginners Courses for a few weeks to help you get to grips with the foundations. 

Ease into your week with this mid-tempo flow class.
