This class helps develop strength and flexibility of body and mind. It’s a fairly challenging flowing class full of standing poses, balances, forward bends, backbends, twists, hip openers and occasionally, inversions. It’ll get pretty warm with all the moving, rolling & flowing, expect heaps of up-to-date knowledge to be shared about functional movement patterns & there’s always laughter!

I get proper nerdy to explain how your body works and how to make Yoga work for your body, sharing modifications & offering your guidance and support. A place to learn the nuts & bolts of the flow as you go! Focus together on some of the deeper elements of Yoga as a practice. Open to students with some Yoga experience who’d like to practice in a friendly like-minded Community with others
