Yin - Yasa is a combination of Vinyasa 1 & Yin Yoga – the best of both worlds! It’s a practice that balances slow-paced Yin yoga with traditional Yang yoga (Vinyasa). Slow tempo classes our hope is to bring peace, vitality and healing to body, mind and heart.
