It's the perfect time to join and commit to a Pilates class for people who'd like to learn how to improve their posture, core strength and tone. Very suitable for those with neck or back pain. This term we will also be focusing on building core strength and stability and getting to grips with the quintessential pilates forms and movements. These classes take place in-person in a our bright, airy, welcoming space.
This course is a great way to start your Pilates journey as a beginner or to enjoy a refresher. Join a small group of curious students to practice and learn together over autumn. Get to grips with the basics & lay foundations, so that will help you feel ready to jump into any group class confidently or to roll out your mat at home. These classes are progressive, where your Teacher will guide you through a little more each week to help you build on what you have learned.
With a limited number of people in each course you’ll get lots of care and attention to help you gain a better understanding of the basic forms and movements, helpful breathing exercises and an introduction to principles behind the Pilates method.

> Cancel by 12 hours before class and have the class credited back to your account, if you don't cancel, attendance will be marked as though you were present
