Pilates Progression
During the darkening evenings, it's the perfect time to join and commit to a Pilates class to learn how to improve your posture, core strength and tone. This term we will be focusing on linking Pilates forms and movements together into a flow. Suitable for those who have already completed a Pilates Foundations course or are familiar with the basic Pilates forms and want to advance their practice. This is not suited to beginners - please check out our Pilates Foundations Course if you're new to it all or would like a refresher.
You can book in several ways:
1. Purchase a multiple class pass and use it for this and other yoga and pilates classes

3. Pay-as-you-go (€18)
T&Cs:
> Cancel by 12 hours before class and have the class credited back to your account, if you don't cancel, attendance will be marked as though you were present
>Please note there are no classes during mid term breaks from 28th Oct - 3rd Nov 2023 inclusive and 21st December 2024 - 5th January 2025 inclusive
> Passes are non refundable once booked
> Not transferable to another
> If the studio is required to close, remaining classes will take place online
