Empower: Vinyasa Flow

Challenge and advance your practice with Empower: Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic class designed for those looking to advance their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through their practice. This strong vinyasa flow will guide you through powerful sequences, building towards peak poses like arm balances, inversions and more advanced postures. Elevate your practice, refine your technique, and explore new possibilities and progression in your practice in a supportive and motivating environment. And heads up - this class is great craic too, so expect lots of smiles and feel good vibes! 

Best for those with some yoga experience as it's a wee bit challenging in terms of pace and strength.  

Autumn / Winter themes: 

During September & October we will be working towards an inversion pose as our peak pose. You do NOT have to attempt this pose or be able to do this - the fun is in the practice and trying :) 

During November & December we focus on working toward Hanumanasana (again a peak pose is about 2 mins of a class, so no worries if it's not within reach right now, let's enjoy the journey and learning!)
