Yoga / Pilates Fusion Classes incorporate the core strengthening and posture improvements of Pilates with the relaxation and meditative practices of Yoga. Includes both mat based Pilates and standing poses from Yoga. All interwoven together into a flow class that will keep you moving, breathing and enjoying yourself from start to finish!

At the beginning of term you can book in several ways:
1. Book the 6 morning classes as a course (€72 = €12 per class) - click below to purchase
2. Use one of the 7 class passes for the morning times
3. With a Flow Beo Pass €115 (best for students attending 2 or more classes per week = €9.58 per class)

We’ll show you how to modify poses to suit you & how to use yoga props like a pro! Easy ways to relax both your mind & body in this class will be knowledgably explained in these classes too.
