Gentle Yoga & Pilates Fusion incorporates the core strengthening and posture improvements of Pilates with the relaxation and meditative practices of gentle Yoga. Includes both mat based Pilates and standing poses from Yoga. All interwoven together into a flow class that will keep you steadily moving, breathing and enjoying yourself from start to finish!
