Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and spread to thinly? Then this is the class for you! Each month we offer a 90 minute deep dive into Yin Yoga linked to the seasons. In a culture focused around doing more, having more, and getting more, it is crucial to learn and practice simple techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety. 

  • January: Focusing the water element of winter and offering poses to support a sense of calm, grounding and safety. The perfect antidote to stress and anxiety.
  • February: Linking to Valentines Day we will focus on the heart with a class designed to foster feelings of joy, contentment and ease. Includes a loving kindness meditation
  • March: All about your liver! A spring themed class that will  help ease tension, tetchyness and any feelings of restlessness or frustration
  • April: This class is all about soothing hormones, the roller coasters of emotions we may feel at different times in our cycle and life stages and with a special focus on unwinding for a good night's sleep around the full moon time

Yin Yoga - a complementary yoga practice to our other more dynamic and invigorating styles. This class aims to bring you a little more headspace. We practice floor-based postures for 3-5 minutes to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of the body. The extended time allows your body & mind to slowly unwind. I’ll also share a new essential oil with you each week, show you how to incorporate it on the mat and off and explain the qualities and benefits of the oil and of course you get to try it for yourself!

The perfect way to unwind after a long week & to welcome in a new week feeling calm, refreshed & grounded. I’ll teach you meditation techniques in an accessible, approachable way. Bring your blanket & a cushion for ultimate slice of heaven! Open to everyone from beginners to experienced Yogis.
