I'm a big fan of Christmas, but it can be a stressful, busy time of the year. All rush and frentic energy. Our focus often on everyone else, making sure we have deadlines met in work, presents bought, lists made, shopping started, house decorated, cards sent, Christmas clothes folded away. It can feel like endless mountain to climb. So I'm inviting you to pause, to slow down and escape away for a few hours for yourself, to unwind and sink into the festive season in a way that nourishes you and your energy.

Please join me for a candlelit evening of Yoga, guided meditation, reflective writing, essential oil infused Yoga Nidra and mulled wine and nibbles. And you'll get to take home an essential oils mini blend, carefully selected for the holiday season.
