This level embraces core & upper body strengthening and invites you to rise to your own level of challenge. We really get into our Flow State - longer, creative, challenging flow sequences that will have you totally “in the zone”.

In these classes you will get nice and toasty, move playfully and through a coordination of breath and movement you might come to enter a serene state of meditative flow and connectedness (fingers crossed!) followed up by a Savasana like never before! Best for those with some Yoga experience, who’d like to join this welcoming tribe of Vinyasa Yogis.
