New to yoga? We recommend starting with a slower class, like our Flex & Flow or Flexible Body | Flexible Mind classes, or any of our green coded classes.
- Open classes are open to all – including total yoga beginners.
- Experienced classes are for yogis & pilates fans who have a regular practice, who know breathing techniques, basic alignment principles, Sun Salutations or pilates basic forms

To register for classes, please create an account and pre-pay for a class pass. THEN book into your chosen class & ensure to click RESERVE my space. You will receive an confirmation email that your space has been reserved just for you :)
After booking your class online, you'll get a link to your class via email - carefully follow the instructions please :) If you need some help, don't hesitate to give me a shout!
