What you can look forward to each week:
Gentle Flow Yoga (30 minutes): Begin each class with soothing and nurturing gentle yoga postures. Embrace the awakening energies of spring fostering flexibility and strength in both body and mind.
Yin Yoga (20 minutes): Delve deeper into the stillness with the grounding practice of Yin Yoga. Holding poses for an extended duration, you'll release tension from the connective tissues, encouraging a meditative state and a profound sense of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra (20 minutes): Conclude your weekly journey with a blissful Yoga Nidra session or guided nature meditation. This experience invites a state of conscious relaxation, promoting mental clarity, stress reduction, and a rejuvenating sense of inner peace.
