6 week course for people who'd like to learn the foundations of Yoga & mindfulness / meditation and how to get started or for those who are wondering if they are practicing their poses "correctly". These classes take place in-person in a our bright, airy, welcoming space with lots of individual guidance and feedback.
This course is a great way to start your Yoga & meditation journey or to refresh and delve into the deeper aspects of the practice that go beyond just the physical. Join a small group of curious Yogis to practice and learn together over 6 weeks. Get to grips with the basics & lay foundations that will help you feel ready to jump into any group class confidently or to roll out your mat at home. These classes are progressive, where your Teacher - Maeve, will guide you through a little more each week to help you build on what you have learned.

With a limited number of people in each course you’ll get lots of care and attention to help you gain a better understanding of the basic postures, helpful breathing exercises and an introduction to the philosophy of Yoga. In this course I will also introduce you to a different mindfulness or meditation style each week and you'll get to give it a try and ask questions if you'd like to.
Please note this is a 6 week Course, there is no pay as you go option.
