    • Or do you have an achy back and would like to improve your posture and reduce your back pain?
7 week course for people who'd like to learn the foundations of Pilates and how to practice the fundamental movements properly. These classes take place in-person in a our bright, airy, welcoming space in small class sizes for 121 guidance and feedback. This course is a great way to start your Pilates journey or to refresh and delve into the deeper aspects of the practice that go beyond just the physical. Join a small group of curious students to practice and learn together over 7 weeks. Get to grips with the basics & lay foundations that will help you feel ready to jump into any group mat pilates class confidently or to roll out your mat at home. These classes are progressive, where your Teacher - Maeve, will guide you through a little more each week to help you build on what you have learned. You'll build core strength, tone your body and improve your posture in these classes.

With a limited number of people in each course you’ll get lots of care and attention to help you gain a better understanding of the basic forms and movements, helpful breathing exercises and an introduction to the principles behind the Pilates method. This class ends each week with a mini guided relaxation.

Please note this is a 7 week Course, there is no pay as you go option.
