Gentle class suitable for all. We practice the class mostly sitting in a chair, some standing options but you can remain seated if it suits you better. Perfect for working from home or for anyone with some mobility limitations or for those who want a gentle seated class.

Length: Less than 35 mins

Equipment required: A Chair with a back (eg) office or kitchen chair, strap, block or chunky hardback book, blanket for comfort during relaxation.
