Yoga for Uncertain Timews
This class takes place live in studio and is also live streamed online via Zoom at the same time
This class incorporates practices such as Yoga, Mindfulness, Journaling and Connecting together with others that help support us through times of change, uncertainty and upheaval in our lives.
Each week we explore a new aspect of this theme together in circle. Enjoy a flowing Yoga practice to shift energy, shake off the day and move your body. Learn mindfulness and breathing techniques that help slow down busy thoughts and brains. Try some carefully chosen, thought provoking journaling prompts that invite you to reflect and go inwards. And enjoy a cuppa and a little sweet treat to round off the experience together.
You'll need your notebook & pen, Yoga mat, blanket, cushion and keep cup!
