This class is a combination of gentle flow yoga and other styles that aim to get your body moving, clear your head and try undo some of the aches and pains that come from sitting down alot!  Look forward to a blend of active and dynamic movements, breathing, visualisation and mediation techniques aimed at alleviating stiffness, aches, pains and an overly busy mind.  A steady tempo, suited to all levels of experience and geared towards those who have a more sedantary lifestyle (eg) sitting for work

 Learn how to use breathing techniques, Yoga postures & mindfulness tips to move into comfort. Open to anyone who might want to take things at a slower pace or a student who is new(er) to yoga or perhaps as part of a nurturing routine. It is accessible to all age groups.
