Free Yoga Class - Kerry CoCo Tourism Promo Video Filming

Kerry County Council have invited Ebb & Flow Yoga to be a part of a tourism promo video they are recording on Banna Beach on Monday 7pm. 

They would like to record me teaching Yoga to an awesome group of Yogis for an hour! So you are invited to join me!

It's a free one hour class that is open to all levels including beginners. We will be practicing a simple sequence of sun salutations, downward dogs, warrior poses and seated poses. 

Bring: Your Yoga mat, blanket, layers, water and your togs if you fancy a dip awards (optional and not recorded!). Wear whatever you like but please no obvious, visible brand logos on your clothing.

The usual social distancing guidelines will apply. It's a low tide and nice weather so it should be awesome!
