Join Lorraine Demetriou Naturopathic Nutritionist, Intuitive Chef, Yoga teacher and co-creator of Thrive Café and Maeve Ferris, Yoga Therapist, Pilates Teacher and co-creator of Salty Souls Café for an informative and interactive workshop that will help women to really understand hormones and the role they play in your overall health and wellbeing.

Over a 2-hour Workshop on Sunday 25th April (6.30pm – 8.30pm), together we will help navigate and support you in learning natural ways to support yourself and your body, mind and spirit through PMS or Menopause.
