A steady, soulful vinyasa to anchor you and lift your energy
We focus on flowing first, then focus on mindful longer holds, deep breathwork, and grounded movement to build strength and stability from the inside out. You’ll move through steady flow sequences, core integration, and postures that mobilise & open hips, shoulders, and spine - all with space to feel, breathe, and land in your body. In this class, you can look forward to practicing some inversions, arm balances and some interesting seated pose that will hopefully both inspire and challenge you.
It’s a class that meets you where you are - steady, challenging in the right way, and supportive for your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, clear, and invigorated, not drained.
Best suited to those with some yoga experience who want to feel better, stronger and all wrung out by the end!
