Stretch & Stability Yoga
A steady, grounding class to build strength, release tension and unwind
A slower, breath-led yoga class designed to help you build real strength and stability without high-impact or frantic movement. Inspired by Hatha Yoga, we’ll move through controlled, alignment-focused sequences that help you strengthen, stretch and feel more supported in your body, finishing with deeper stretches to help release tension and soften out of the day.
It’s not a fast flow - the pace is steady and intentional, giving you time to settle into each movement, build awareness, and move with more control and ease. You'll get to really know your poses, learn how to adapt them for your body, use props to support you and get really comfortable with the practice of yoga, helping you feel at ease and like you belong :)
Over each term, we’ll focus on a particular area of the body or group of poses, helping you gradually build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your practice.
Expect a mix of strength work, steady holds, breath-led movement, and space to properly unwind.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and clearer in your head.
Suitable for all levels including beginners, with options offered throughout.
