Pilates Strength
A steady, focused class to build strength, stability and tone
A mat Pilates class designed to help you improve posture, build core strength, and feel stronger and more supported in your body.
We’ll work through a simple, structured sequence each week using controlled movement and light resistance with mini weights, resistance bands and more, to build strength, stability and awareness.
This term we’ll be focusing on upper body strength and core stability, helping you gradually build strength, improve posture, and feel more confident in your movement.
Expect posture focused, controlled work, plenty of core, and that satisfying feeling of being worked without feeling exhausted.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body.
Suitable for all levels including beginners, with options offered throughout. Small class sizes allow for more individual attention and support.
