Flex & Flow
A steady, feel-good yoga flow to move, stretch and unwind. A grounded, mid-level flow class designed to help you move more freely and feel better in your body.
We’ll move through a simple, steady sequence each week, building strength while gently easing out tension. It’s not rushed or overly complicated - just breath-led movement that gives your body time to open, strengthen and soften.
Over each term, we’ll focus on a particular area of the body, such as the hips, lower back or shoulders, helping you gradually improve mobility, build support and feel real change week to week.
Expect a mix of flowing movement, steady holds, and space to settle into your body. You don’t need to be flexible, just willing to move and see how it feels.
You’ll leave feeling looser, stronger, and more at ease in yourself.
Suitable for all levels including beginners, with options offered throughout.
