Shake off the stress of the day and reset your body and mind with a yoga class designed to leave you strong, calm, and recharged.
This class blends breath-led movement, strength-building yoga with slightly longer holds, and deep, active stretching to help you release tension while building stability and flexibility. Expect a dynamic but mindful practice, ending with longer-held stretches and a breath-focused relaxation to leave you feeling energised and restored.
