Flex & Flow: A steady flow yoga class that will help you improve your flexibilty and mobility, to gain better posture, strengthen and relax your body. Over each term, we’ll focus on one particular area of the body, such as hips or shoulders for example, to help you increase range of motion and prevent strain. Offering modification throughout the practice, this class is suitable for for all, from beginners to intermediate.
September – Core & Spine: Reset and strengthen after summer indulgence
October – Shoulders, Arms & Neck: Release tension and build upper-body strength.
November – Lower Back & Hips: Ground, open, and support your spine and hips.
December – Heart & Nervous System: Open the heart and soothe end-of-year stress.
You can book in several ways:
1. Purchase a multiple class pass and use it for this and other yoga and pilates classes

T&Cs:
> Cancel by 12 hours before class and have the class credited back to your account, if you don't cancel, attendance will be marked as though you were present
