We’ll work through slower, intentional flows with simple sequencing and space to breathe. Expect a blend of grounded movement, deep stretches, and guided breathwork to support your nervous system and clear the mental clutter.
You won’t find loud playlists, crazy poses, or fancy themes here — just honest, purposeful yoga to help you leave lighter, more centred, and ready for the weekend ahead.
Suitable for all levels, especially anyone feeling wired, tired, or too full up.

We move through simple, purposeful yoga that open the hips, shoulders, and spine, with longer holds and space to breathe and feel. The pace is calm but active — just enough movement to shift tension, just enough stillness to land you back in yourself.
There’s no playlist, no performance — just honest, grounded yoga to help you leave clear, calm, and ready to end the day well.

T&Cs:
> Cancel by 12 hours before class and have the class credited back to your account, if you don't cancel, attendance will be marked as though you were present
>Please note there are no classes 16th - 30th June inclusive, this is accounted for in your pass duration
> Passes are non refundable once booked
> Not transferable to another
> If the studio is required to close, remaining classes will take place online
