A steady, soulful vinyasa to anchor you and lift your energy — not your cortisol.
We focus on flowing first, then focus on mindful longer holds, deep breathwork, and grounded movement to build strength and stability from the inside out. You’ll move through steady flow sequences, core integration, and postures that mobilise & open hips, shoulders, and spine — all with space to feel, breathe, and land in your body.
It’s a class that meets you where you are — steady, challenging in the right way, and supportive for your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, clear, and invigorated — not drained.
Best suited to those with some yoga experience who want to feel better, not burnt out.
You can book in several ways:

T&Cs:
> Cancel by 12 hours before class and have the class credited back to your account, if you don't cancel, attendance will be marked as though you were present
>Please note there are no classes 16th - 30th June inclusive, this is accounted for in your pass duration
> Passes are non refundable once booked
> Not transferable to another
> If the studio is required to close, remaining classes will take place online
