What you can look forward to each week:
Gentle Flow Yoga (30 minutes): Begin each class with soothing and nurturing gentle yoga postures. Embrace the quietude of winter and gradually transition into the awakening energies of spring, fostering flexibility and strength in both body and mind.
Yin Yoga (20 minutes): Delve deeper into the stillness with the grounding practice of Yin Yoga. Holding poses for an extended duration, you'll release tension from the connective tissues, encouraging a meditative state and a profound sense of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra (20 minutes): Conclude your weekly journey with a blissful Yoga Nidra session. Also known as "yogic sleep," this guided meditation invites a state of conscious relaxation, promoting mental clarity, stress reduction, and a rejuvenating sense of inner peace.
