Introduction: Dive into a realm of grounded tranquility and hands-on discovery with our unique "Earthy Flow" Yoga class with Maeve of Ebb & Flow Yoga at Liscahane Garden Centre, Ardfert. Immerse yourself in a blend of mindful movement, green wisdom, and a friendly community, all set in the heart of nature. Gather in circle together either in the hidden secret garden of this botanical haven or if the weather is a little wet, nestle in together under the cozy cover of a spacious, sunlight lit polytunnel.

• Suitable for: Adults over 18 years old
• Location: Liscahane Garden Centre, Liscahane Ardfert, Co. Kerry
• Time: 9am - 11.30am
• What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, rain gear (in case of a few drops), notepad and pen, keep cup for tea

Investment & Booking: €60 per person please (includes yoga, snacks & teas, take-home potted plants & gardening workshop) Online booking is essential, booking closes one week before the event on 16th Sept to give us time to order enough plants and prepare the space for you. Late bookings cannot be accommodated I’m afraid

Health concerns: Please inform Maeve well in advance if you have any injuries or health concerns. Snacks are vegetarian. If you are coeliac, please let me know at least one week in advance.

• No transfers, swaps, credits or roll-overs once purchased
• We will go ahead no matter the weather (orange and red warnings excepted) as we have an indoor space if the weather is a bit Irish!
