This energy boosting class combines vinyasa flow yoga, resistance training, and cardio interval training. Now available as pay as you go!
Think traditional yoga sequences, deep mindful breathing, then add in strength training exercises like lunges and push ups, paired with high intensity cardio intervals. Unwind with deep, delicious stretches and a guided relaxation to cool you down.
This one is all about movement, getting your heart rate pumping, your energy flowing and sweat out the week to welcome in the weekend.
