New 5 week Chair Yoga course starting 5th May 2023
The perfect class for those with limited mobility / recovery from a stroke or illness / joint issues. Or for those who find it difficult getting up and down from the floor. A great session for those who enjoy mindful movement in the company of others. The majority of the class takes place seated on the chair with some options offered to stand if you feel up to it. No experienced required, suitable for beginners and open to adults of all ages.
- €40 for 5 week course or €10 pay as you go
- Classes are 45 mins long
- No equipment required - just you!
