Aerial Yoga Drop-in
with Maeve

December 22 (Wednesday)
at 7:00 pm

Class length
60 minutes

Location
Manor West Hotel Leisure Centre, Manor West, Tralee

Drop-ins in this class are rare :) Its normally a 6 week course booking but every now and then between courses I'm able to offer a pay as you go class. This is one of those times!

Join in the practice of authentic yoga, with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling — to explore, refine, and advance traditional yoga poses, both in the air and on the mat, suspended never more than a few feet off the ground.  This is a dynamic & energising class that builds strength, flexibility & self-confidence too!  It's suitable for beginners too!

Escape the world outside suspended in a super strong, silky hammock that envelops your body like a protective cocoon. You'll get to have fun exploring inversions & innovative flows in a supportive, small class size. The hammock offers a unique feeling of being 'weightless' and supported, perfect for going deeper into poses. Meet new parts of yourself on the mat & in the air & then bliss out in a deep savasana cocooned in your hammock.

Whether you are a long-time Yogi, or dreaming about trying Yoga for the first time, this is a fun and playful way to discover Yoga from a new perspective.

What students say: Exhilarating, so much fun, it's like flying! Deeply relaxing, I love the feeling of being in a silk cocoon

This Aerial Yoga class is not about flips & tricks (there’ll be a few of course if you're game for trying, but it’s not an acrobatics class), instead it teaches deeper body awareness in multidimensional space.
Surrendering into the hammock, you can expand flexibility, increase range of motion, build strength, stretch out your body, and relax your adventurous self.

It's fun, challenging & you're in safe hands with an experienced, well trained Teacher who just loves to fly!

Suitable for: Uniquely developed for all levels of experience. No previous aerial, acrobatic, or Yoga experience is necessary. It can however be a slightly stronger physical practice than others, so if you have any concerns or mobility issues, please contact us for a confidential chat before booking.

Please be advised… Aerial Yoga is not recommended if you have any of the listed conditions on web page www.ebbflowyoga.ie/aerialyoga. Not suitable for pregnancy.
