Earth into Summer: Charity Yoga, Meditation & a Cuppa

I am delighted to invite you to a Beach Yoga Class to raise funds for local Nurse, Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Suzanne Barron. At this charity class, we will help Suzanne fundraise for Acupuncture Relief Project, providing free primary health care to rural Nepali's affected by poverty, natural disaster and conflict. 100% of your ticket price goes to support this charity, I (Maeve) am giving my time and energy free of charge to support Suzanne.

What you can look forward to:

• An introduction to Suzanne and what she plans to do
• A Yoga class focused on the earth element for late summer, all about balancing and grounding your energy
• A gentle guided meditation based on the season of summer
• Includes a cup of tea / coffee and biccies afterwards if you’d like to stay for a chat
