This Yoga Brunch is about celebrating some of the best experiences - Yoga, Food, Community, Friendship & feeling good 😉
I'm delighted to lead you through a fun & simple flow, suitable for all levels of experience from beginners to boffins. We wind down with a guided relaxation and I’ll share some heavenly doTERRA Essential Oils with you and then it's Brunch-time (with a difference!). In the full spirit of Community (Kula) I invite you to a food-share or pot-luck style experience; where everyone brings along some food / 1 dish to share with others. Cold food only please as we don't have any reheating facilities - so think crackers & dip/ energy balls / salad / pasta /quiche / bread etc. OH and maybe cake! The only ask is that it's enough to share with a few Yogi friends & it doesn't need to 5*, easy, healthy & shareable is all :) If you’re pressed for time, don’t worry keep it REALLY simple! Of course I'll bring along a few tasty treats too ;) I'll bring some plates and cutlery along to use
Investment: Yoga workshop is FREE to attend but if you'd like to make a donation that would be really great - I'll have a pot there you can pop something into if you'd like
What to bring: Your sweet self, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water, notepad & pen, & whatever food you'd like to share
